Our company covers an area of 90,000 square meters, with a total investment of 550 million RMB. At present, there are six workshops respectively for free forging, ring forging, rough machining, heat treatment, fine machining and painting. A: We are a professional factory. We have Production & Testing Equipments in our factory, welcome to visit us.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally is 15-30 days, it is according to quantity. Mass production time is accroding to the quantity. We can produce 80,000tons free forgings ring forgins per year.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A: Due to our products are all customized, the sample may require higher costs. If customer willing to pay for the sample, we can provide it. If you have special requirement, we can discuss.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment or L/C.
Q: How do you control the product quality?
A: We have Material incoming inspection, production process inspection and product final inspection before shipping. Each inspection we have special testing equipments to do. You can see the equipment photos below.
